Advertising Opportunities: 2023 Field of Honor Keepsake Program

Let everyone find your advertisement as a supporter of the many men and women who serve our country and our communities. 

Whether it is a business card size or full page ad, participation in the 48-page, full color Keepsake Program is a great way to brand your company, promote your business, or just show your individual support for the Field of Honor®!  The Rotary Club of Georgetown Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The fees for your ad are considered a donation to the Foundation that helps support this iconic event that honors and benefits our veterans and first responders.

THE LAST DAY TO PURCHASE AN AD AND SUBMIT ARTWORK FOR THE 2023 FIELD OF HONOR® KEEPSAKE PROGRAM IS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 5. WE MUST RECEIVE ARTWORK FOR ADS BY THIS THIS DATE TO ENABLE US TO MEET OUR PRINT DEADLINE.

Programs are given to thousands of attendees, dignitaries, sponsors, teachers, students, local businesses, and many organizations. Daily events draw visitors throughout the entire week, and many more that just want to walk the through the field of flags or to find the flag of an honored hero.

Full Page:    7.25” x 9.75”              $500.00

3/4 Page:    7.25” x 7.25”              $400.00

Horz. Half Pg:    7.25” x 4.75”       $300.00

Vert. Half Pg:    3.5” x 9.75”          $300.00

Horz. Qtr Pg:    7.25” x 2.25”         $175.00

Vert. Qtr Pg:    3.5” x 4.75”            $175.00

Biz Card:        3.5” x 2.25”             $100.00

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS:  Please submit your artwork to Michael Cox as a high resolution (300 dpi) press ready cmyk pdf file.
