2026 Field of Honor® Flag Sales

Honor your past/present veterans or first responders with a Field of Honor® Flag!

Every flag purchased contributes to the pool of funds that are awarded to nonprofit organizations that serve our heroes.

If you don’t have someone to honor, you can still contribute by purchasing an “Adopt-a-Hero” flag! Select the branch of military or first responder department to which your dedicated flag will be given. It will be presented to someone that is serving as a recognition of their service above self.

Pick up your purchased flags on November 14 (9am to 5pm) or November 15 (9am to 3pm), or have your flag(s) shipped for a nominal charge.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
I agree to purchase a flag or flags in honor of my chosen veteran and/or first responder heroes and understand that the flag(s) and dedication tag(s) will be flown at the 2025 Field of Honor® in Georgetown, TX, during the week of Nov. 7 – 15, 2026.
If I do not elect to have my flag(s) shipped, I will either pick up my flag(s) at the field beginning Nov. 14 between noon and 5:00 p.m. CST, or Nov. 15 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CST.
I further understand that if I do not retrieve my flags during the designated times, the flags will become the property of the Rotary Club of Georgetown for resale in next year’s Field of Honor®. Flag(s) may be reposted in upcoming years of the Field of Honor® only if they are in perfect condition with no signs of wear, fraying, soil, or damage based on an inspection at the Field by designated members of the Rotary Club of Georgetown during the year in which the flag(s) is/are reposted.
If I pay for the shipping of my flag(s), the Rotary Club of Georgetown will send my flag(s) to the designated address(es) within three weeks of the culmination of the Field of Honor®.
I understand that my flag purchase is a donation of $45 per flag to the Rotary Club of Georgetown Foundation, is non-refundable, and that the net amount of the donation will be given to beneficiary non-profit organizations that support veterans and first responders.
If this purchase if for reposting a flag from prior years, my donation is $20, and is subject to the same terms and conditions noted above.
I understand that the Rotary Club of Georgetown is not liable for any damage to the flag(s) as a result of severe weather, natural disasters, or criminal activity beyond the Club’s control. Reasonable security measures for the Field of Honor® will be undertaken by the Rotary Club.
The extent of the deductible portion of the flag purchase donation should be discussed with a qualified tax professional.

NOTE: You cannot submit this form to purchase a "Repost" flag until November 8th. Repost flags must be inspected at the field during the event at the flag repost station. Once approved to fly the flag, payment will be accepted, and a new dedication tag will be created.
