2025 Field of Honor® Meal Sponsorships
How Can You Help? Sign Up To Be A Volunteer Meal Sponsor!
In addition to the flag assembly day at the VFW on Wednesday, 11/5, and field setup day on Friday, 11/7, our volunteers work throughout the week. The number of meals needed varies based on the expected number of volunteers needed each day, as outlined on the sign-up page. Most are between 15 and 25 meals. Meal Sponsors are also encouraged to provide snacks for volunteers to enjoy throughout the day.
Sponsors can choose one or more days to provide meals with Rotary volunteers, and arrange for pick-up of breakfast by 8:30 a.m. and/or lunch by 11:30 a.m.
As A Volunteer Meal Sponsor Providing $250 – $500 Value In Meals, You Will Receive:
- A flag dedicated to a veteran or first responder hero of your choice.
- Each additional meal or signing up for one of the two larger meals on Friday, 11/7 (highlighted on the agreement) can add an additional flag to dedicate.
- Business or individual name listed in the Keepsake Field of Honor® Program (a 46+ page full color magazine quality program)
- If four or more meals are provided, a business card-size ad will be included in the event program.
- Business or individual name listed on the Field of Honor® website
- Business or individual name listed on a sponsor banner at the field
- Business or individual name displayed at the table with the provided meal
- Included in social media postings related to sponsors.
NOTE: If you choose to support multiple days or meals, add an additional flag for each additional meal. With four or more meals selected, replace the “listing” in the program with a business card-sized ad.
Volunteer Meal Sponsors must provide an “invoice” with a zero balance reflecting the retail value of the meal(s) being donated within two weeks of completing the Meal Sponsor agreement. This is required for our Foundation’s in-kind donation records.
Our volunteers work hard to serve the community as they work the event throughout the week. Please help us take good care of these great volunteers who demonstrate the Rotary motto of SERVICE ABOVE SELF by providing breakfast or lunch. Added snacks are also appreciated!
